Can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order by simply contacting the live chat by clicking the button at the bottom right hand side of our website. If you can't find it, please email: support@quickquesting.com

We aim to respond to emails within 30 minutes during our working times (8:00 (AM) - 00:00 (Midnight) London time).


What should I do if my payment isn't accepted?

If your payment isn't confirmed you should make sure the funds are available and ready to use.

If it still doesn't work make sure all the details you entered are correct.

Make sure the address matches your registered card address.

If all of the above steps don't work, please try a different payment method.

If you think there is a fault with our system please let us know and we will check.


How can I register an account on quickquesting.com?

How can I prepare my account for any of your services?

You should make sure your account meets all of the requirements listed on the service page, for example you meet all skill or stat requirements, all quest requirements or any items required for us to complete your order.

You should disable 2FA (Authenticator) before giving us your account information, otherwise we won't be able to log in and complete the service.

You should set a temporary password, which is different to your usual ones, and then change your accounts password after we have completed your order.

You should make sure you won't run out of membership during the service.

For some orders we may ask for a bank pin, if you have a large amount of wealth on the account we ask you to remove it to an alt account before you provide us your account information.


Do you price match?

We may price match or provide you with a discount code if you see a product we offer cheaper elsewhere, this is done on a case by case basis so please contact the live chat before ordering to see if we can help.
